Casa Traspo sleeps up to 7 people and is a thoroughly modernised farmhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and swimming pool in Tuscany, Italy.
It is in the historic region of Svizera Pesciatina and is close to Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa and other cultural centres.
The front door is the access to the ground floor and is under the characteristic veranda with wooden beams. This area is very spacious where you can relax, enjoy the view or do some reading, drawing, painting, etc..
The ground floor is one large open space with large kitchen, dining room, lounge space.
Kitchen is well equipped with fitted units, and Carrara marble work top , dish washer, fridge, coffee maker, wood fired oven for pizza (functional) and fireplace (functional).
Dining room is furnished with table and chairs for eight or more persons plus high chair for child.
Lounge has two large sofas which can became two single beds or one double. There is also Satellite TV with DVD player.
A short hallway leads to the ground floor family bathroom with toilet, bidet, wash hand basin and shower.
The staircase leads to the first floor and all three bedrooms, the second family bathroom plus an external door onto the rear terrace, swimming pool and garden.
Bed room 1 furnished with the old Tuscany style, with double bed, two windows , one with view to toward east over the barbecue and woodland , other window view to south over the front of house and woodlands.
Bed room 2 has one large bed of 120cm. wide and is furnished with typical furniture. The window in this room has a south facing panoramic outlook.
Bedroom 3 twin bedroom with views across the olive terraces. This room can also be double bedroom.
Family Bathroom with shower, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet .
Casatraspo is situated in a secluded hill top exposited to the sun, 400 meters about sea level , with a commanding view on the surrounding woods, three of the antique villages of the “DIECI CASTELLA” OF “SVIZZERA PESCIATINA” and olive terraces.
The house is surrounded by its own spacious private grounds and is accessed by a well maintained road, only a few kilometres from Pescia, the nearest and main shopping town.
