Casa Violetta - is a pretty Tuscan farmhouse offering delightful holiday accommodation for 10 persons giving all amenities expected in a modern house whilst retaining many of its original features.
The house is in Northern Tuscany approximately 50 minutes drive from Pisa airport and just 10 minutes from Pescia, the nearest town. It is situated in a secluded hilltop position 420 metres above sea level with commanding views all round and in its own grounds of some 20 acres surrounded by woods and olive terraces. Access is by way of a well maintained road. Nearby is a pizzeria restaurant (2 minutes by car) with numerous other restaurants all only a short drive away. Pescia is the main shopping town and the tourist attractions of Tuscany (Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Mediterranean coast, etc.) are all easily accessible.
The accommodation consists of:
Ground floor Large well equipped kitchen with fitted units and granite worktops, dishwasher, American style fridge, coffee maker, etc.
Dining room, very spacious with table & chairs for 10 persons plus high chair and door leading to
barbecue terrace.
Lounge with door leading to garden; satellite TV (SKY UK), DVD player.
Utility room with washing machine and toilet/wash hand basin.
Bedroom 1 - double bed with dressing room & en-suite shower/toilet and views over the swimming pool & garden
First floor with central landing leading to all rooms and door to rear terrace and swimming pool
Bedroom 2 - double bedroom with en-suite shower/toilet/bidet and views over Pescia and Lucca.
Bedroom 3 - double bedroom with en-suite shower/toilet/bidet and views over Pescia and Lucca.
Bedroom 4 - twin bedroom with wash hand basin and views over the swimming pool & garden
Bedroom 5 - two single (full size) bunk beds and views across the olive terraces. Cot and/or child bed available.
Large family bathroom with bath/shower/toilet/bidet.
Outside endless lawns, terraces and woodland to wander in with stunning views over the Tuscan countryside, renowned vineyards of Monte Carlo, olive groves, mountains of the Apuane, Pescia, Lucca and, in the distance, the Mediterranean sea.
Swimming pool 10m x 5m heated by solar power surrounded by lawns and parkland with a poolside pergola. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of Casa Violetta and is NOT shared with anyone else.

Casa Violetta is available all year round on a weekly basis; extra days, if available, are on a pro rata basis. Bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided and, for those guests staying longer than one week, these will be changed on a weekly basis.
Central heating is not included in the price and is charged extra at cost. Heating may be required from October through to April. Casa Violetta has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 10 persons (maximum 2 per room excluding infants). We realise that sometimes you may not require all 5 bedrooms so, in the Low Season only, you can choose to use fewer rooms and pay accordingly.

Children sharing a parent's bedroom (same price all seasons)
Cots for children up to 3 years old and fold-away beds for children up to 8 years old are available at €85 each per week inlcuding bed linen and towels. These items to be placed in one or more bedrooms as required but not in the lounge. Infants up to 6 months using their own cot and linen are free.
The prices quoted are in Euros per week, Friday to Friday. We primarily let on a weekly basis but extra days may be available by arrangement. In the LOW season we offer a discount depending on the number of bedrooms you require but no matter how many rooms you choose (3, 4 or 5) the entire house, the pool and the grounds are exclusively yours (except for the bedrooms you choose not to take, which will be locked).
All double bedrooms have full en-suite bathroom facilities.
The twin bedded room has a wash hand basin and shares the family bathroom.
