Casa degli Ulivi is a typical stone built Tuscan farmhouse that has been lovingly restored to it's former glory but now incorporating all modern amenities.

There are four double bedrooms, three of which have en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom uses the family bathroom. In addition there is a double sofa / bed in the lounge so that ten persons can be accommodated in total.

Outside there are extensive grounds for al fresco summer dining under the shade of the olive trees. Stone steps lead down to the pool (4m x 10m) where you can enjoy a refreshing swim or just laze on the sun beds.

Casa degli Ulivi is immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan countryside and there are numerous paths to explore for interesting walks. The Tuscan towns and cities such as Florence, Lucca, San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra and Pisa are all within easy driving distance.

Casa degli Ulivi has 4 bedrooms plus a double sofa bed in the lounge and sleeps 10 persons (maximum 2 per room, excluding infants). Apart from the Hi Summer season we offer 3 accommodation options according to the number of person in your party. In the Hi Summer season the tariff is €2,990 per week irrespective.

Option 1 : Use of three double/twin bedrooms for up to 6 persons
Option 2 : Use of four double/twin bedrooms for up to 8 persons
Option 3 : Use of all bedrooms plus double sofa bed in the lounge for up to 10 persons

The prices quoted are in Euros per week, Saturday to Saturday.
We primarily let on a weekly basis but extra days may be available by arrangement.
Three of the double bedrooms have full en-suite bathroom facilities.
The fourth bedroom uses the family bathroom.
