Just Tuscany brings together a small range of high quality, desirable properties in Tuscany, Italy and presents them to you in a way that we hope you find will find interesting and helpful so enabling you to find the right accommodation in the right area at the right price. All properties listed are privately owned; in some cases the owner lives near the property in others not. But in either case you will find your holiday house clean and welcoming on arrival whether it be a one bedroom town house or a five bedroomed hillside farm house. We are an association of property owners that operates on behalf of all the owners. Your booking is with the owner of the property. You may contact the property owner directly at any time for further information; he/she will always be pleased to help you. The owner of the property handles the reservation from start to finish. If you check the availability of a property and, finding it available, click on the link in the email to book it you will be taken to a screen summarising your proposed booking (dates, price, etc) and where you enter your personal details. Here you will see our General Terms and Conditions (also below) as well as any special conditions applicable to the property you have chosen. When you proceed an email will be sent to the owner who will then contact you to process your reservation. All money is payable directly to the property owner.
